Domestic Shipping

Delivery charges of Rs. 150 will be charged. All domestic orders of items in stock will be delivered in 3-5 working days; in this time frame processing time is not included and processing time can be varied consequently. If more than 5 days have passed, please contact us or email at info@shopzq.net to know about the status of your order.

Duties and Taxes

ShopZQ delivers all of the placed orders on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis that points out that a customer is responsible to pay any sort of import duties or local sales taxes that can be charged at the time of buying the items.

ShopZQ does not refund the origional shipping charges for goods that are refused at the time of delivery, as well as sales and duty taxes will also be deducted from the total amount in the case of refusing the shipment at the time of delivery.
